Dr. Tonny Tumwesigye is the executive director of the Uganda Protestant Medical Bureau. He is responsible for overseeing the clinical care at the 12 uganda clinics.

Ann is a labor and delivery nurse at Sutter Davis hospital in Davis, CA. She has extensive experience teaching the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and is a certified instructor for the Helping Babies Survive course.

Dr. Sarah Sams is a family medicine physician and faculty member who also practices OB at Ohio Health residency program. Dr. Sams is currently chair of the American Academy of Family Physicians Commission on Governmental Advocacy. Dr. Sams is certified instructor for the Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics.

Dr. Kathy Douglas is a PhD psychologist and professor in Florida. She is providing training to the providers on how to deliver bad news to patients and conducting mental health assessments.

Dr. Sarah Sams is a family medicine physician and faculty member who also practices OB at Ohio Health residency program. Dr. Sams is certified instructor for both the Helping Babies Breathe and Essential Care of Every Baby courses.
